Exo k3 belt upgrade question

Hey all

Can someone look at this and confirm this is a k3 belt upgrade for a k2 frame? I ordered it for a k1 frame, but it does not have the shoulder strap attachments on the belt. Do the shoulder straps in the k2 frame go back to the frame?

The shoulder straps on the k2 connect to the lower part of the frame. This is a K3 belt on a K2 frame.
