Yes I saw one the other day, sorry to say, but it had been killed in road. Wish I hadn’t seen it

The wife and I took our 2 year old out on the 4 wheeler yesterday, first time in 3 years that we have been able to go for a ride.
Bought a Polaris 450 HO back in 2017 and today it just now has 300 miles on it. So the damn thing is still like new.

We almost ran over 2 separate fawns. They would just be laying next to the trails hunkered down and try to run out in front if the 4 wheeler.

I am sure there where others that stayed hidden. But this guys are so tiny.

A friend of mine from Austin Texas area texted me a pic of a fawn in his back yard yesterday. They dont drop where I hunt in Alabama until September or October.

Fawns will be hitting the ground near me in the next two-three weeks. Our rut is pretty late (last 7 days of November first 7 days of December)
