All items except the vest are used but in great condition. The vest is new. The Sanctuary Jacket zipper is broken unless you zip it up just right. You should have no problem getting this fixed under warranty but don't quote me on it. All are size small and fit me great with plenty of room to layer. I am 5'9 160#. Smoke and pet free home. I would initially like to try selling this as a set for 700$ tyd without the hats and gloves. 800$ tyd with the hats and gloves.
