FYI I'm 5'10, 175 and their medium tops fit me better than the large. I have several of both.

I am 5’8” and in between sizes as well. I have medium in their base layers. This fits a little big on me but I don’t mind that for an outer rain coat in case I want to layer a puffy under it.
