Trying to figure out the logistics for the show. Is it worth the $500 full pass?? I was mostly going for the experience and a chance to do some raffles.

Wasn't expecting to get to go so I didn't really have money set aside for this so I wanna make the most of the trip so any tips and pointers would be appreciated

Is the SCI show an option? been to both and SCI is a lot bigger and probably has the the same vendors.

I am not sure what you get for $500.00 bucks. I just get a discount pass from Cabelas, that and $10.00 gets you in for a day. I go on Saturday and pretty much talk with everyone I want to and see all of the sights. It is a lot less glamorous than SCI with a lot more normal down to earth hunting community folks than what SCI draws.

IMO the full pass is the way to go if you plan to attend some of the banquets and auctions. If you just want to peruse the vendors and talk to some, then the daily pass is much cheaper.
