Hello everyone, I'm Ron from Michigan. I've been lurking on the sidelines for years and finally joined. (That's a big step for someone like me... I am not a social media guy.) I was drawn to this site by the sear wealth of information. I'm into hunting (archery and gun), fishing and the out doors. Having a resource like this, with all of the like-minded individuals, makes researching trips, buying gear, refining your set-ups,... so mush easier. I value my outdoor time and this site, and the people on it, help me make the most of it. Thank you, all!

East Michigan. I usually shoot TAC at Crystal and/or Boyne mountains (might try one of the out-of-state ones this time).

I am near the Burg as well! Do you do any training hikes there in the warmer months?

"training" is something I do less and less of in recent years, but I'm always open to joining up with someone to help motivate me. In the past, I've got out to C-Burg to jog their trails a few times a year, but typically only when accompanied by someone with a better sense of direction. Merrel is a much better trail system for directionally challenged persons such as myself
