I would like to trade a Pre 64 Model 70 featherweight in 308.
The rifle's serial number 4456xx which is a 1958 made rifle. It is not a collectors rifle but in great condition. It does not have the front sight hood and the swivels have been changed plus it is bedded with the barrel free floated. On the other hand it has a bore that is bright and sharp plus it is accurate and a great hunting rifle. The bluing is in good condition and the stock is too with very little in the way of rub marks.
I am open for trades to other Pre 64 Model 70's with a preference for a 30-06. Others I would consider is Montana Rifle Company products, a low diget serial number Winchester Classic, a Winchester Extreme Condition, or even an older Remington 700.
