Just returned from Greenland caribou hunt
Last week of season
Caribou rut just finishing
Lots of great bulls
Snow , cold and northern lights

Back end of the rut? I'm sure the mozzies weren't a problem but how about the odor and taste of the meat?

maybe reindeer tastes differently ... hope they did not cook the meat indoor ...

rut was just finishing up
lots of tired bulls
they use meat from the rut bulls for sled dog food
we did grill up some tenderloins/ no odor tasted fine
can't answer question on shipping for about a year

Why a year. Are you having it mounted/cleaned there or is that what it takes to clear customs?

ship only goes 2 times a year from greenland to denmark
we missed the fall shipment
now will ship in june then 6-8 months for skull cleaning and taning of hides
