I am working up a load for a 300 WSM I had built. Before the data below, I have shot the rifle 100 times to once fire my brass/break the barrel in. After this load development I have 130 down the tube. As you can see I feel like the rifle is still speeding up. Not much, but it is. Should I keep shooting a pet load and come back in another 30-45 shots or what load would you start seating depth testing with? Data shows 61.3-61.6.

None. I feel like I could go higher but this is with a 20" barrel and 200.20X Bergers. When I had this rifle built I told myself I was happy with anything over 2700 fps.

I'd keep loading until I found pressure, and possibly a higher node. Otherwise shoot at 61.5gr until you think your barrel is settled.

I also think there are errors in your data, particularly the extreme spread for each.
You are correct. The ES isn’t within the group. It’s the increase is sped to the next grouping. I always look for the two that are closest in speed or have the less jump in speex

I would keep going until I found pressure. You should be able to find a node in the 2900-2950 fps range I think.

My 300 WSM is shooting the 215 Bergers at 2950 fps with a 24" barrel and Reloder 26 powder.
