OK so I am new to this and have overwhelmed myself with info on tripods and heads etc. I am primarily looking for something to hold my Large spotting scope ( 100mm) STEADY and pan smoothly. I see the sirui va 5 gets good reviews but indicates a 6.6 lb payload which seems light for my needs. Help??
