Is this promotion still in effect? In a rokslide review he mentioned straps falling off. He didn't elaborate how this was happening. Has this been resolved?

Yes, on both questions. The coupon code is still active for Rokslide members, please use coupon code “rokslide” when checking out. In regard to the straps falling off, we did redesign our lid straps so that they are permanently attached to the bag on our Gen 2 pack. The Gen 1 pack the used a ghost hook system which allowed the strap to fall off. We also reduced the frame slot sizes to make sure that the frame straps could not work their way out. The Gen 2 packs have all of these changes. Thanks for your questions!

I haven't had a single issue with a strap falling off and I've been running the gen2 4k pretty hard. Here's a few pictures of the strap system.

You can see Initial Ascent added that webbing tab to keep the strap from moving in and out on it's own.

Also like they mentioned the slot size was reduced and it's a TIGHT fit now.
