I have no doubt that Joel's system is effective if you commit to it and put in the work. His son is certainly a testament to that. The course is expensive though. I recently started from scratch with my shooting, working to develop a surprise release every shot and focusing on the release movement, not aiming. If you watch the Joe Rogan podcast and a lot of the other material available on YouTube, you can get the general principles of the course. Even Joe admitted in the podcast that he had skipped around a lot on the course, focussing on the meat and potatoes.
