From just west of rockhaven to the dam there are some good trails. Stop at the corps office and get a trail map. No trails at Bloomington but there is a decent bow only area on the south/west end of Bloomington. The corps office will also have hunting area maps that show the bow only areas. If you cannot get there during their hours let me know and I can get the maps too you.
