Kestrel Knives

I have a couple kestrel knives. Chipped a blade in Colorado this year boning out a Muley. Reached out to Kestrel several times and no response. Anyone have a real contact there or know how to get a response?
I wouldn’t recommend purchasing from them again if this is what it takes to contact a company.
