Kifaru shoulder straps

Hello. 2 questions.

I want to check what size the shoulder straps on my old Gen 2 tactical duplex frame are, as I have never gotten them to fit well. What's the best way to tell? I don't see a size tag on them.

Also are new duplex shoulder straps compatible with a gen 2 tactical frame?
