+20 degree regular length and width. Slept in probably 50 nights over the last year or so. Bag is freshly washed and still has a lot of life left in it. I haven’t noticed any drop in temp value over my use. Only blemish is a small tear (very small) where the neck baffle is sewn in (pictured shown covered with tenacious tape). That small repair has held up extremely well. Any questions just ask.
