This has seen 5 seasons of use, 10+ nights per season. Maybe 10% of those were with the annex pitched. I burned it with my stove pipe, that was repaired by Kifaru, does not affect function, pic of the repair is attached. I can probably find a picture of it pitched, if desired. Seams sealed and in good condition. Comes with stakes and smells like the mountains of Idaho. $225 shipped.
