This is a humbling gun. I'm absolutely in love with how trim and handy it is, but it absolutely shines the spotlight on my shooting form. Like many have said about shooting these lightweight guns, if form isn't perfect, it magnifies the errors. I can hold MOA or sub MOA when I'm shooting from the bench, but I can't hold it steady enough in field conditions, and that's where it counts. Ammo I tried was: Hornady 140gr ELD-M (MOA) Sako TRG 136gr Scenar (SUB MOA) and Barnes VorTX LR 127gr (1.1 MOA)
Full disclosure, I sent it back to Kimber due to a rough chamber, and they polished it and sent back w/ two SUB MOA test groups. Feeds/chambers flawlessly, now. I had a thread about "Kimber roulette" a while back. As an aside, Kimber was absolutely amazing to deal with.

Selling gun as pictured, or parted out--breakdown as follows.
Gun + Mounts (Warne) + Scope (Burris Fullfield IV 3-12 ballistic plex) + Kimber thread adapter + Kimber brake $1000 shipped.
Gun + Mounts + Brake + Thread adapter $900 shipped.

I accept money orders or even personal checks, but will hold the item until the check clears.

These sell at Cabelas for $900 + tax, without the mounts and thread adapter. I think it's a fair price, since it has ~100rds through it, plus the mounts and thread adapter. Feel free to throw out offers if you disagree.

Free bump for a great value on a light rifle. I picked up one of these in .308 as a backup gun and find myself packing it more often than I would've expected.

Great looking gun…unfluted barrel easy to cut down for use with can!

Great alternative to Barrett Fieldcraft

Bump for a good seller!
Thanks @bbrown ! Went out and shot some more 3 shot groups w/ 120gr Outfitter GMX and 136gr Scenars. Best groups of both GMX and Scenar measured .75", and worst groups of both were 1.25", coincidentally. Of course, when I was at my best, most stable positions, the best groups were produced. Will add pics shortly.

Edit to add for all that are asking about FTF deals, I will only do an FTF transaction if you are a MT resident. All others will have to go through an FFL.

Half the people who try to buy firearms from me here in Billings end up being out of staters who end up playing dumb when I ask for their proof of residency. Yes, I do mean half.
