OR Ski pants. I acquired these in a trade and I'm not sure of the model. They were most likely purchased out of a bargain cave by the previous owner because there is a black "X" on the inside of the waist band. They appear to be a Goretex or similar outer shell with a laminated fleece backing. Excellent condition & very nice pants, but I already have several sets of similar type pants. Size Large. $100.00
