Leupold Mark 5 w/ PRS1 3-18x44 reviews

Really interested in the 3-18x44 Mark 5. Is it worth the money, or really like the Vudu as well. Quite partial to the reticle style in both. Would like to purchase the Mark 5 if anyone has any for sale.

Here is the summary:
While initially the first Mark 5 showed promise, it failed totally very quickly. The 5-25x Mark 5 however exhibited the exact behavior that every Mark 5 I have seen (about two dozen) has done with this eval. Leupold gets so much right with size, eyebox and general design, but as history has shown- they have no desire to make a truly rugged scope.
