Local city buck with potential

This little guy wasn't to concerned about us, probably lives on this wonderful little hill in the middle of town. His left side is interesting, the g3 is completely tipped over, and has a spit off the back of his g2. Hard to tell in this picture but did have maybe some signs of previous trauma on his ride side just above the rib cage.

I’d shoot him! Definitely some unique character there. Plus it would be a unique hunt. Are you able to get after him? Or are there local regulations and/or access issues that would prevent it?
