Just as a comparison I’m getting 2,963ft/s with the 215’s out of a 300wsm. I use LR primers and RL26. I would of expected over 3000ft/s with a 300prc pretty easy with the 215’s.
22" barrel?

I use LRP in most large calibers. 7 mag, 7 ss, 6.5 max and 7 prc. I find that I don't pressure out as fast and get better ES and SDs with LRP. The only worry would be hunting in extreme cold weather with larger Calibers.
