Wish I could help you, but I have no experience, I picked one up yesterday. Little shorter then you same weight, I got a Large. We will see.

Great jacket for the money. Had mine for years. Been on lots of hunts with it. I’m 5 11 170ish pounds and I wear a large. Fits great with some room to layer underneath.

I have to wear an xl in Kuiu

At this price point I might just float an xl and large in OD on the cc and figure it out
