Moose Ribs

I am definitely counting my chickens before they hatch here. I have a moose tag this year and season starts up on Sep. 1. How do you guys freeze your Moose/elk ribs? do you guys cut them into racks then freeze them, or cut them into 2-3 rib portions?

I cook ribs a few different ways typically, either instapot or on the smoker, sometimes both if I feel crazy.

Also if you got some rib recipes you want to send my way, I wont turn then down.

Saw the bones and vac. seal usually.
I brown them under the broiler or on the grill then season and put in the crock pot for 10 hrs or so on low with some bbq sauce on them.
Not enough ribs on an elk or moose for me!

small pieces-in 2 or 3 bone segments so they are ready to cook. If vac sealing it helps to wrap them in plastic wrap first so the bones don't poke the vac bags
