Need Glove Advice - Best Mid to Late

I need some advice from you all. Gloves seem to be the one item in my clothing line up that I simply cannot figure out. Early seasons I have no problem, using primarily light liner-type gloves. But I simply cannot figure out a good mid to late season glove that actually keeps my hands warm and are dexterous enough. The best i have are some cheap fleece gloves that keep me warm, but are horrible if wet or in snowy types of conditions.

What gloves or glove combo would you recommend for mid to late season hunts in the west where warmth and dexterity are a must?

YouTube here is a clip for the SKRE gloves they a are a great mid wieght glove. I wore them in Montana in November but for super cold weather you'll need more insulation.
