New and “Improved” Swarovski Window Mount

Just a heads up for anyone wanting to get a Swarovski window mount. The old style is gone and this is now the new style “Swarovski” window mount. This thing is junk compared to the old style, with the lever for the ball head and is not nearly as smooth. It even comes with a cheap sticker to cover the actual manufacturer.

If anyone has an old style Swarovski window mount that they want to sell send me a message, I am on the lookout for one.

I’ve never used a pan head off the window but the original Swarovski that I’ve had the last 12 years has been enjoyable to use. I like that I can fold it down out of the way and glass with my binos without having to take it off the window.

I thought the same thing when I ordered this one off the Scheels website. To my surprise I got a shipping confirmation from Swarovski, saying that the mount is coming straight from Swarovski, not from Scheels.
