No man, I'm just playing with quick, simple and tasty recipes. Got a ton of game meat in the freezers. Figured others might appreciate some decent, yet easy ways to use their game. Lately I've been posting fast, 30 minute recipes (including eating and clean-up). I come from the "less is more" culinary school.
Man I'm going to get some elk out of the freezer right now to thaw. I wonder how much of our elk isnt really organic though? I hear it all the time but lots of them come down to ag fields in the winter. It's like organic whitetails. I dont think they exist.
