Any known reason to not use Carbon or Titanium for pillars in an ultralight sheep rifle?
It's a Paradigm stock, a hollow carbon stock that doesn't require the action to be epoxy bedded. The pillars won't actually be touching the action, only supporting the underside of the existing carbon fiber bedding surface. As far as I can tell the pillars only function is to prevent the carbon shell from collapsing.
