Not sure if you are looking for backpacking or car camping quilts, but for car camping I just picked up the Kodiak Canvas Camping Quilt and that thing is serious. Almost heavier than my 10 degree canvas sleeping bag.

I have slept in 20 degrees in my 10 degree quilt and it was fine. At 10 degrees I was cold and had to use another 40 degree quilt on top. This was with a R 4.0 pad.

Hammock Gear Econ for a cheaper down option

Simply Light Designs Eclipse Top Quilt for a cheaper synthetic option

Much high quality than their price!
