Recently had these tuned up by vortex. All the mechanics are in top shape. The objectives have very fine scratches (let someone borrow them for a day...). They are only visible in direct bright light and don’t show on photos very well.
Polishing scuffs are only a cosmetic issue and have zero affect on image quality through the binocular. But Vortex will replace the lenses if it bothers you at all.
They are awesome but I’m gonna try 15s.
