This is a limited commemorative Remington 700 rifle celebrating 100 years of the .30-06 cartridge. It’s in stainless with a nice 24” fluted barrel. The rifle has some custom touches. The bolt shroud has been replaced with a nice faceted shroud. The trigger has been tuned to a very crisp 2 lb 2oz. pull weight with no creep. The floor plate is engraved with the commemorative display. And the rifle wears an HS Precision stock with full aluminum bedding block and has been full-length bedded in the stock and barrel free-floated. Leupold 2-piece bases and 1” rings are included. There is not a mark anywhere in the stainless. The stock has a few small rub spots, but none through the color....just shiney spots. I have not fired the rifle so can't attest to its accuracy or round count. It’s a pre-Freedom group rifle, has the build to be accurate, and the cosmetics, bolt face and bolt jeweling would indicate a modest number of rounds fired. The bore is bright and clean.
