Shed hunting traction

I need to get some new traction devices for shed hunting and general training hikes.
I have some in step crampons . Looking for other options. Where I shed hunt it is steep and icey in spots. Not looking for real aggressive crampons . Any user here with suggestions?

Kahtoola spikes work well

I like these for convenience but not as stable as crampons

I have some made by hillsound that are similar to microspikes but have a little larger spikes and a metal plate so they are a little more stable.
