Only selling to move to a dedicated ultralight glassing system - this system I would say is just about the best “do it all” system you can get for the money. Light enough to go on an extended backpack trip but has the features to also be a truck/basecamp setup.
Stable enough to handle any sized spotter 85mm+, tall enough to stand glassing with angled spotter (I’m 6’2”), and incredibly compact/lightweight for the stability (~3lbs, 7oz all in)
Replaced the VA5 head with the aziak carbon handle which shaves ~2oz from the head. Also comes with the original aluminum handle.
Will remove the camoform tape prior to shipping.
