Originally purchased fall of 2021.
BAG: Sky 5900 bag and sky lid, all buckles replaced with kifaru auto-locks. Zipper pulls replaced with reflective p-cord. Bag and lid are in perfect working order. Few stains from killing stuff (under the lid and bottom of the bag) and a pin hole in the front pocket that I tenacious taped from the inside (see pictures).
FRAME: Before 2023, you could buy the xcurve frame with krux stays. They’re a flat profile and fit my back better. The xcurve belt was beefier than the krux at the time. Now SG offers this exact set up and calls it the Krux, so this frame was the new Krux before it was cool. It’s also got a kifaru compression strap to hold the top of quarters in the load sling (see pictures).
