I don’t have much insight on it, as I haven’t received it yet. You can watch some YouTube reviews of people using it, that should give you a better look at it. It comes with standard rifle swivel adapter, so you need to have that on your rifle to mount it. I think there is a separate adapter you can buy to mount it to picatinny rail, but it’s extra money.

Any insight into this bipod?

@NDGuy my brother in law has one and loves it. Its really good for predator hunting. Its only limitation is on steep ground shooting up or down.
