Just got these on and mocked them up and the mag ring on a Burris 3-9x40 hits the base on a long action. Should be fine on a short action or with a scope with a longer tube.

Rather than wait 3 years for Optics Planet to refund me I figured I’d see if anyone needed them.

I may have a set of these with extended bases at home. I had the same problem on a 30-06 so Talley swapped the shorter base for another extended base. I've since gone to a 30mm tube and was going to list them for sale when I got around to it.
