The REAPER from Unknown Suppressors

Just get the airlock bro

I have considered that, but a few things keep me waiting:
1. More information on destructive testing. I don’t want to buy another potential Scythe TI.
2. More information on how dBA testing was done.
3. It is not an OTB.
4. You are comparing an indestructible .30 caliber can with a more limited can.
5. I am not usually an early adopter.

PS - I would rather discuss the Airlock in the Airlock thread.

I saw a video where he dumped 20 rounds through a 16” 6.5 prc through it with no issues, but I think he’s still waiting for his belt fed to ship .
With all these new suppressor company's popping up I hope they start adding durability testing on their web pages. I don't even see any warranty detail on the product description page for the Gravity 6.5. Unknown Suppressors has a pretty informative website but they also do not show their durability or destructive testing.

I think a Reaper with reflex will likely be the can I use to replace my Scythe. The Scythe must go.

I have no complaints with the length of the Scythe on a barrel hunting, so not sure the OG 6.5 is what I want, but perhaps I should consider it.

Thankfully I have time to think on it.

My Reaper is in suppressor jail at my dealer. He says 2 - 3 weeks. While they submit the form 4 electronically, I guess they have to send the fingerprints via snail mail. Very anxious to see how it compares to my Stealth Project Recon.

Mine is sitting at my dealer waiting for them to get their shit together so I can submit. Every suppressor I’ve gotten through them has had delays on their end and they have given me zero communication. Never again.

That's rough. I found a guy that works out of his garage, pretty well known/respected in the area. Somehow he texts me when I get an approval before I even get the email from the ATF. The first "brick and mortar" place I went through was decent, but this guy is on a different level!

I got myself excited that I may get to hunt with it this year but it seems their NFA person only works 1 day a week.

I should have just told myself I’ll hunt with it next year. Lol

Has anyone tried a area 419 hub adapter on a reaper?

I have not tried it on a Reaper, but the Hellfire mount is what I intend to use once I receive it.
For what is worth, I switched a Jolene to the Hellfire mount because the DTA/blast chamber combo that came with it was not concentric to the bore. The replacement (DTA only) Resilient sent was slightly better, but not anywhere close to the near-perfection level of the Area 419 mount.
