Tikka stainless 6.5 PRC $600

I was about to order a stainless 270, after I saw this thread I ordered the 6.5 prc and saved 130.00. Thanks

What is the difference in this rifle and the new threaded rifle? When did they start with the widened ejection port?

The T3x has the wider ejection port over the t3.
This years model now has a threaded barrel.

Thanks for posting this. Ordered one up! Going to likely chop and thread barrel and mend it into a little pack rifle.

Just ordered one! Now to decide on a scope.

I ordered this gun yesterday and also got a Trijicon AccuPoint 2.5-12.5x42 from them. It was like $450 less than retail free 2 day shipping. Rifle (and Sig P320 XTen) are due to arrive today too. Amazing.

I'd like 16+ power but trying to keep it light and don't want to step up to 50mm. Seems a lot of people just put 9 power on them for hunting.

Nice setup. That should be all the scope you ever need.
Thanks! I'm trying to order rings and rails and whatever else I need. I guess 30mm but I'm not sure how about height? And would you happen to know what rail I need for Tricer-RP? I know it's not a loved bipod on here but I ordered it anyway.

For the bipod rail I'm thinking the hunters rail 10/32" and long?

Looking to get everything from Unknown Munitions unless you suggest otherwise.

You'd probably be fine with the UM low rings, I wouldn't bother with the rail, just the rings. The tricer bipod will work with pic or arca. Not sure about the hunter rail though, I'd give UM a call they know their stuff.

I personally like UM products, but only when they are on sale. The quality is excellent. But, if you cannot wait, I would get the Tikka rings, no rail, and maybe a Tikka level if you want one.

I am not sure about the Tricer bipod. I will look at it shortly.

My tricer bipod is arca so I'm assuming I have what I need in my cart. Just maybe need to look into short vs long. I'll get the Tikka rings too. I didn't think of that ha

Thanks! I didn't mean to derail this thread 😬

The UM low rings will work with that objective size on a Tikka. That is what I use. It is possible that a higher set of rings is technically better for your cheek weld. I’m not great at determining that for myself, much less someone else.
