Send it to filson if you don't have anyone local. Have you called them?

They will do repairs. They tend to be functional - zig zag lines of sewing across the tear - but not inconspicuous. I think they add character. If you go local, maybe check out boat top makers or auto upholstery shops. Your local seamstress may not have the sewing machine for the job.
