Unit 4 Colorado help

Was wondering if anyone could give me information about terrain? Scale of 1-10 on hiking toughness. Also I was told that I could camp anywhere inside the park, is this true? Was thinking of camping at Freeman reservoir, has anyone been there or around the areA? Finally do I need a park or vehicle pass before I get there? Thanks in advance for any help.

What Park are you talking about?? If you meant National Forest or BLM you can camp just about anywhere you can legally drive.
