Unit 68 elk Colorado first rifle

Not asking for someone’s hunny hole spot just curious if anyone has any advice on hunting first rifle for elk in unit 68 I got a leftover tag thank you in advance

This will get locked. Advice is: it was a leftover for a reason. Either lots of hunters or not many elk. Probably both. Shoot the first legal elk you see and be prepared for it to be -20* and 80* lol.
