VA-5 plate locking adjustment

This is my first arca swiss type head, is there any way to adjust the plate locking lever (mechanism)? I've noticed after I have it locked that I can still slide the plate back and forth with some effort.

Thanks for the link. Mine should be delivered tomorrow, and I already have a collection of Arca-Swiss type mounts on things. Now, I won’t be wondering how to make them fit.
