Washington State Spring Bear Damage Hunt Proposal

If you haven't heard, there is a current proposal by the WDFW to implement a Timber Damage permit hunt for Washington State in the Spring. While this is not quite a reinstatement of the Spring Bear hunt that we had in the past, it is at least a step in the right direction in my opinion. Currently open for public comment with a public hearing Sept. 28 - 30.

Will be commenting! Certainly a step in the right direction and the most palatable alternative put before the commission IMO, given their anti-hunting mentality.
