A quick praise for @EuroOptic after a recent interaction with Sam in their Customer Service.

I needed a warranty replacement for my Athlon spotter before an upcoming mule deer hunt. They (Athlon) were backorder until January or February. Sam graciously worked with their warranty department to get one of the spotters they had in stock shipped out to me in less than a week in spite of my original purchase not being through EO.

Definitely will be getting more of my business in the future if that's how they treat folks who didn't purchase through them the first time around. I can't imagine how the service is if you did. Pretty awesome experience that I felt needed highlighted for folks eyeing a product from them.
