How do you prevent a citizen from applying for a tag and choosing not to hunt that tag if they draw?

You can’t... none of your business if I want to hunt a tag every day of the season, one week, one hour, one minute or use my tag to light a Cuban cigar.

Yes. I think you made my point exactly. As I said, it is a sneaky way to undermine the activity of hunting and a hard one to defend against.

Aren’t tags “first come first served”? Kinda weird idea....if the funds from tags fund hunting, then there’s more funds for better hunting but nobody to hunt?
