Bought this last summer with the idea of maybe rebarreling it, but it actually shot better than I was shooting my other rifles last fall so I took it out elk hunting. Kind of blasphemy, but I’m going to buy a Gen2 Ruger American in either 6 Creed or 6ARC when they come out instead.
The 22” barrel is lightly pitted on the surface, but it functions beautifully. Push feed, blind mag in a nice Boyd’s stock. 13.75” LOP, the recoil pad is very thin with a spacer. Recoil is still pretty manageable at about 9 pounds with a 30mm scope and sling (not included).
Looking for $575 shipped. I will sell the remaining Federal premium rounds I have that it shot well (140 Berger Hybrid) at $1/rd shipped - but there’s only like 20 of them. No trades
