Have for sale a Winchester M70 short action in 6.5CM. Lilja 1-8 twist barrel was installed by Shaen rifles in Bishop, Ca. Bedded in a McMillan hunters edge graphite stock and has a Leupold 3-9x33 compact long range duplex in Talley QR rings, zeroed at 200 dots for 300-400 yards, tip of post for 500. Have box for the scope. QR levers not installed but provided. Custom Oberndorf style 1 pc bottom metal, NECG express rear and banded ramp front sight. Finish was done by Birdsong in Black-T. Shoots Hornady 129gr ammunition into less than 3/4" 5 shot groups at 100 yards, sighted in at 200 yards. Loves a handload of Varget and Speer 120gr fusion bullets at 2900fps. Weighs 7lbs-6oz complete.
Rifle was originally a Winchester classic CRF in 243. LOP is 13.5". Barrel length is 21"
3 shots, cold bore, 129gr Hornady interlock factory ammo at 200 yards- 1.046" group... Rifle will get it done... Downsizing to 3 HP calibers, this one needs a new home. Will have components for sale soon... Less than 100 rounds fired.
