Hello everyone..
We’ve got 5 of us with one point and are looking to do a rifle hunt this coming Oct. I’ve been here long enough to know that asking for unit specific advice is no bueno. But.. I am wondering if there are units that typically draw easier for a group or does it make no difference? My other question...how the hell can thetebe public land that is choked off by private? Aren’t landowners supposed to provide easement access?
Really appreciate any assistance.

No landowner is required to provide an easement to landlocked public lands. You must find legal access or not hunt it if they do not allow access.
I would look into areas that you can draw with your PP and that have plenty of tags to go around . As a party app you will all draw even if only one tag is left in the quota when you number comes up.
