Wyoming antelope doe tag question

My brother wants to apply for a non-resident Wyoming doe antelope tag. He has preference points which he obviously doesn’t want use. Can he get a doe tag and still keep his preference points? He says he can’t find the answer online and cannot get through on the phone to the Wyoming G&F.

The Reduced Price doe/fawn tags are not part of the Regular Draw - they have their own drawing, completely random, no Pref Points

Yep, what cnelk said.
If he applies for reduced price, doe/fawn, type 6, he won't use his points & can still buy another point this year.
