Wyoming Random Draw

Had some time to burn so I was looking at the Wyoming draw from 2019 and noticed a few units did not have any random tags it looks like on the report. Not sure if I am missing something but some units with lots of tags (deer) did not show anything in the random. Any help???

After the regular/special, 75/25 allocations, there are hunt areas that don't have random licenses, sometimes due to landowners drawing and other times just because there aren't enough to fully allocate.

maybe I wrong but I thought for sure every general deer would have random tags???

Are you looking at the demand report in a google chrome browser? Chrome doesn’t display all the pages of the demand report on my pc.
